The Lightbulb practice
Helping people stand in their own strength again
For Kelly Jegers that is the heart of occupational therapy: discovering possibilities together and making everyday life lighter.

What do we do?
Your brain and body keep learning. New skills, advice and learning to look at an activity differently can create room for more independence and quality of life.
Lightbulb guides children, adults and families with occupational therapy, motor training, sensory processing and body-oriented activities. We work personally, practically and with respect for everyone’s pace.
“You don’t feel like a problem there. Kelly works solution-oriented and with a very personal approach.”
For whom?
Among others: children who struggle with writing, movement or concentration; adults who want to maintain or regain independence; and people seeking insight into their sensory processing. Organisations are also welcome for movement and ergonomic awareness.
An open first conversation
We start by listening. What already works? What takes a lot of energy? What do you want to change? From there we honestly assess whether our expertise matches your question and which next step is appropriate.
