Self-care
Capacity and resilience
Resilience does not mean you have to be able to carry everything. A healthy balance arises when strain, resources and recovery moments are attuned to each other.

Signals are information
Fatigue, restlessness, reacting more shortly or physical tension can indicate that the strain has been too high for too long. Noticing early creates room to adjust.
Small recovery anchors
- Plan short breaks before you urgently need them.
- Alternate demanding and nourishing activities.
- Make boundaries concrete and communicate them in time.
- Ask for support when your load grows.
- Seek professional help if complaints persist.
