Growing through movement
Psychomotor guidance
Moving, perceiving, thinking and feeling influence each other. Through playful movement activities we help children develop skills and regain confidence in what their body can do.

When can psychomotor therapy help?
Psychomotor guidance can be appropriate when motor or sensory development is not going smoothly, for example with problems around balance, coordination, concentration, fear of failure or low self-esteem.
We look not only at what is difficult, but also at your child’s strengths, interests and daily environment.
Practising through play
In a safe and positive setting we practise through movement, materials and play. Activities are attuned to your child’s age and goals and can connect to situations at home or at school.
